INTRODUCTION SERVICE only
350 + vat
This is our tailored service for landlords who prefer to manage their own properties.
SILVER SERVICE
With the reduced commission structure this service provides you with a good potential of return. Requesting the monthly rent from the tenant, but the maintenance of your property remains your responsibility.
GOLD SERVICE
This is a comprehensive property management scheme. We will undertake to request the monthly payments from your tenant while also managing any issues such as repairs that may arise during the tenancy.
HOLIDAY LET
Holiday letting is an ideal option for landlords who like to use their property part of the time, providing them with the flexibility to use their property as desired and earn an income.

The furniture and furnishings regulations 1988
Smoke Alarms are compulsory in all properties built since 1993.
All gas appliances require a current safety certificate issued by a CORGI registered contractor. We will be only too pleased to arrange this for you.
An electrical safety certificate for your property should be obtained.
Miscellaneous
Your tenant will be responsible to pay all utility bills.
To protect your property install smoke alarms.
Make arrangements with the Royal Mail to forward your correspondence to you from the day your property is vacant.
All income is taxable and it is your responsibility to declare your income to the Inland Revenue.
